We're here to teach you how to do what you need to do. While we believe in continuous improvement and learning, we're also here to do something for you if you simply don't want to do it yourself.


Marketing Strategies: Mini marketing strategies for new programs. For a broad range marketing strategy, please become a member and schedule coaching with Debbie Quintana.

Email Marketing: Set up new accounts, design email templates, create email marketing strategies, design individual campaigns, contact management, automate contact management, connect website email collection to your account, create marketing materials to increase subscribers. Create polls, surveys and events.

Promotional Email: $45 (recommend two per month).

Printed Media: Business cards, brochures, flyers, ads, hang tags, labels, paper bags. Anything Vistaprint offers, we create.


$45 per hour. Average time to create documents is 30 minutes depending on complexity.


Catalogs: Online PDF click to buy catalogs and ready to print catalogs.


3-4 page Catalog: $75

3-4 page Catalog with click to buy and optional upload to Issuu. $105


Social Networking: Account set up and management, cover and post graphic design, postings, contests. A minimum of 2 hours per month is required for regular social networking posts.


Posts: $75 per hour for Facebook with Instagram attached. Minimum of 2 hours per month required. Additional hours billed at $75.

Set up: Social networking page set up with graphics, keywords and process integration including to your website.


Front Page Refresh:  Review your front page of your website and create new graphics, recommend front page gifts, create a special offer with graphics and review bounce rate metrics.

Pricing: $95

All training is considered coaching and billed at $95 per hour for non-GBA members or as a part of your regular coaching sessions with Debbie Quintana. Ask about upcoming classes too!

The Client Concierge Module

This module provides graphics and a Jotform to allow your clients to ask you to help them gather the shipping addresses from their clients.  This eliminates the awkwardness of your client having to ask their client.  Instead, as a gifting company, we can say, "John Smith from Kodak has ordered a gift for you, where would you like it shipped?"  We'll create the graphics with your logo and color scheme as well as the Jotform.  

Pricing: One-time charge of $32.
